Support Coordination

Highly experienced Support Coordinators are available to guide you and your family throughout the NDIS support plan process. We have a comprehensive process but will include at least the following:
• Identifying your goals and selecting the best services to meet your needs.
• We assist with managing a budget for each type of support and negotiating the best prices for the client.
• Organise the agreed services. Discuss in-home care respite if required.
• We offer support during NDIS plan reviews. Revising and utilising plans yearly with the approved NDIS budget.
• Assisting with Housing Pathways.
